  • Manage all aspects of buyers/sellers transactions from initial contact to execute purchase agreement.
  • Arrange all listings materials: pre-listings disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listings service (MLS) listings.
  • Consult with sellers all property photos, staging repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements.
  • Collecting all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
  • Setting up showings and collecting feedbacks.
  • Provide weekly update to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
  • Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Arrange title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
  • Organize inspections; assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
  • Update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, and lender.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process.
  • Update client’s information into the system.
